General Information

1. Shipping:

Preparation and delivery time is 10-15 working days.
Shipping is handled via DHL and you will receive the tracking number directly on whatsapp 48/96 hours after order confirmation.

[IMPORTANT]: during the holiday season, couriers are busy, 20% of our parcels delayed creating discontent in some customers, shipping may take up to 20 working days.
It is not our responsibility, but still we apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Payments:

You will be able to pay with paypal card or by bank transfer

Add the product to the cart, proceed to checkout , complete the shipping information and choose how to pay. Once completed , follow the directions you will receive in the email and after checkout to complete your order and stay updated with the help of one of our whatsapp assistants.

3. Return and Exchange

Return and exchange is available. The customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
